1. Make peace with your past so it won’t mess with your present.

2. Time heals everything so give it time.

3. What others think of you is none of your business.

4. Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them.

5. Stop thinking so much it’s alright   not to know the answer.

6. No one is in charge of your happiness, except you.

7. Smile for you don’t own all the problem in the world. 




7 TYPES OF NEGATIVETY TO KILL


1. PERFECTION

       Try to achieve something that’s literally unattainable will only result in you feeling “lees than”.


2. JUDGEMENT OVER YOURSEF AND OTHERS

      When you are judgemental, you are only focusing on the negative qualities in yourself and others.


3. SELF-DOUBT

       Self-doubt is the weed that will take over your life if you don’t kill it at the roots.


4. ASSUMING THE WORST WILL HAPPEN

       If you never think things will be better, they won’t be. This removed hope.


5. WORRY

       Worrying changes nothing except your health and mental state. 


6. COMPLAINING

       When you focus on the negative things, you are really setting yourself up for never being content or happy.


7. TRYING TO CONTROL EVERYTHING

        You cannot control everything and when you try and inevitably fail you will only blame yourself.




6 WAYS TO CLEAN YOUR MIND


1. START UNFOLLOWING

       Unfollow people who do not make you feel impowered, informed or inspired


2. BEING SELECTIVELY SOCIAL

       Meaning intentionally keeping your social circle small.


3. LIVE IN THE MOMENT

        Remember you cannot change the past but you can shape your present. Stay grounded on the present and shift your focus to things that are with your control. 


4. EAT HEALTHILY

        Now is not the time to binge eat and take out all your emotion on food. If you must, do so ensure you being healthy.


5. MEDITATE ALONE

       Enjoy some self-time practice meditation in a dark room at midnight while listening to nature sound such as thunder and rain. 


6. TAKE A TRIP

       Enjoy the sight and sound of nature, soak into the serene environment, forget your city life and all your worries.
