What is corruption? Some will say it happened in government, embezzlement of fund, under the table agreement. Corruption not only happened in government but also in a private sectors, business industries. Government corruption was an international group of sectors.
Corruption refers to a form of dishonesty or criminal activity. It refer to an evil act by a group and individual. This act compromises the right and privileges of others. Corruption primarily includes activities like bribery and embezzlement of fund for both private and public sectors. Corruption is a global, ethical and legal issues and is defined by Transparency International as the abuse of entrusted power for private or personal gain.We should bring the matter of corruption to the attention of the world and aid in combating. In private and public sector corruption accur in taxpayer fund, loss goods and services. This will result of lower community confidence in public authorities. Disadvantage to a honest businesses seeking to win contract bidding in society. Corruption envides trust, weaken democracy, hamper economic development, inequality, poverty, social discussion and the environment crisis. Exposing corruption and holding the corrupt to account can only happen if we understand the way corruption work and the system that enable it. Undetected and unchecked corruption in the public sector can cause serious damage including undermining public trust in government, wasting public resources and money. Causing injustice through advantaging some at the expense of others.
Corruption in government was the worst kind of corruption that world could have ever have. It affect of people lives where those who are corrupt becoming more rich and the poor become poorer. Corruption on government sometimes took place on the government project with the government subordinate company do price increase than the normal price so they can took some of the funds. This will affect the low economy growth specially when the project was for building infrastructure, road infrastructure. The quality of materials was lessen because they using the cheapest materials. This cheap materials can cause danger the workers and people during and after the construction. Building and rood with the cheap and sub-standard materials my collapse. Some more examples of government corruption happens during the war. During war some corrupt officials take advantage from the help or subsidiaries that alliance country giving. Sometimes corrupt officials misused of this funds for their personal gain.
When this kind of corruption uncovered long investigation needed. Must have solid evidence to unfold this kind of corruption. Sometimes it can cause life of people. Some were feared that even got evidence the other party was richer, more powerful and influencial.
