SOLVED MURDERS BETTER THAN THE POLICE

SOLVED MURDERS BETTER THAN THE POLICE

In the prison cell the police were surrounding one cell. There was an alarm for jail break-in. They slowly open the cell. A body pull down and it was catch by one of the police. The body was belonged to their comrade. The prisoner was gone and use the police officer to went out. The police announce Prisoner number 195 Sam Carter has escaped. They issue a high alert and full search. The station was in chaos. They didn’t notice the person who pass through them wearing same uniform was the prisoner they are looking Sam Carter. He stopped walking while looking at them. He says as a Criminal Mastermind he, Sam Carter could never be caught. As long as he doesn’t want to, no one can keep him. He was about to walk away but he steps on the live electrical wire on the ground. He was died from being electrode.

A little girl was slide and bump her head. When she reaches on the bottom, she saw two men standing looking at her asking if he was okay. She seats on the edge of the slide and asked herself where it was. It was a park. She looks at herself and says why she shrunk. She touches her face and realizes she was transmigrated. One of the men called her Little sister Millie. Asking if she was okay. From the original body’s memory, he was her eldest brother Milan. Milan says to the other man that he told him to watch little sister Millie. He just went to buy water and he let her fly off the slide. If something happened to her, how could he face their parents. She looks at the other man. In the original owner’s memory, he was her second brother Patrick. Patrick says it was his fault and asked Millie to let him have a look at her. He turns her around and round asking if she was hurt anywhere. Millie was dizzy twirling. Milan says is that the way to check. Patrick says she was fine. They heard someone shouted that someone died. Milan takes off his jacket to reveal his uniform and says he will  check it out. Milan was police. Patrick says he was a top of his class at the police academy. Maybe he can help him. He says she was coming with him. Millie says he, Criminal Mastermind Sam Carter reborn as a 6-years-old girl. Dropped into a police family. God let her stay low and keep her cover. Patrick remember that she was with them come back and pull her to run to see what happen.

Milan asked everyone to move. One asked what was going on. One says the person was dead. Milan asked everyone to stay calm and step back. And asked not to trample the scene. The people move back. One asked if it was a white conch shell. Patrick cover Millie’s eyes asking her not to look and don’t be afraid. Millie remover Patrick hand that covering her eyes. One of the out lookers says it was freezing out there. Millie looks at the man laying on the freezing ground while Milan was doing his own investigation. Says to herself shoes worn, heel off, about 50 years old. Lively poorly. Dilated pupils. Subconjunctival petechial hemorrhage. On of the out looker says he definitely a white conch shell. One says how did he become a white conch shell in that weather. After Milan finished his investigation, he makes a call. Milan was captain in their division. He says body found in the park. No visible injuries. Gain is unknown. Seal scene and asked to notify medical Examiner Shana Jones. One asked if he was freeze to death. Milan says to himself if it was murder they only have Ghel, he just had surgery why he was there in person. Ghel says Captain Milan he was young, capable and highly valued. If he doesn’t work hard with his old bones. There will be no place for him the Bureau. Milan says enough. He asked to checked nearby surveillance first. They need every camera. Ghel says check what. He has checked the Gazer’s identity. Gordon Lewis, 52 years old. Scavenger, good man, no enemies. Clearly a white conch shell. Why waste everyone’s time. Millie says where’d the plastic bag from. Poser. Milan says the gain hasn’t been determined yet. How can he be so hasty. Ghel says to Milan that he cannot solve cases bringing a kid to the crime scene. A joke? He added to hurry up and take his brat away. Millie says he cannot see the case for what it is. He was the brat. Ghel says you little squirt what does she know. Patrick gives her a bottle of milk and say they not trouble big brother Milan they will go home. Millie says death before dishonored. She says she have evidence to prove it’s murder. The out looker says she says got evidence. One says what does a kid know. Milan says little sister Millie knows how to investigate. He asked to tell them. Ghel says child’s talking nonsense the station isn’t a nursery. Milan says cases need evidence. No harm listening. Millie says before freezing to death the body’s thermoregulation center and neurological disorder will make you feel hot instead. This can lead to paradoxical undressing. Plus, before death muscle relaxation and hallucination occur. Some show a smiling face. Deceased fits neither skin has deep purple livor mortis and subconjunctival petechial hemorrhage. These are sign caused by hypoxia. Add to that the minor contusions on his mouth. He didn’t freeze to death at all. He was likely held down and smothered to death. Examiner Shana Jones was still examine the body and taking photos of it. The out lookers say the girl make sense. Milan sassy to himself he thinks that’s the cause of death too. But how does his little sister know. The out looker says that old man had no money or looks, who’d kill him. One says he actually taking a kid seriously. Patrick told Millie to stop messing around. He says she was not Conan.

A small hand was touching the table from behind until it found the envelope. The small hand took it. It was Little Millie. She was hide under the table. She opens the envelope and puts the photos on the floor, one by one. She says the victim’s time of death was 2am. No lead from surveillance.  The Park is crowded and messy. The scene there is no way they didn’t leave a mark. Looking at one photo she gotcha. Milan called her. Millie was startled she bump her head on the table. Milan squat down  to see her. He extends his hand to help her come out.  He asked what she doing there. He says isn’t Patrick helping her with her homework. He took the files on the floor and says that files are the hard work of everyone at the Bureau. If it gets dirty or lost, it will ruin the case. She cannot play with that. Millie says she wasn’t playing. Patrick come running. Upon seeing her he asked her why she sneak out. Good thing he put a tracker on her watch. She worried him to death. Millie taps her head and says her mistakes. Milan asked Patrick to take Millie back home right away. Millie sits on the floor and hug Milan’s leg saying she was not leaving. She says she found the killer’s footprints. Milan says what? She pointed the two photos on the floor. Ghel come and called Milan saying Director Shane called a meeting. He saw Millie then says what that brat doing there. Is this where she belongs. looking at the photo on the floor Ghel says letting a kid play with vital files? Crazy? Milan says his failure reporting to discipline. Ghel says geez. Millie crosses her little arm and says listen, Biggie she only peeked because she wanted to help solve the case. It was not her Big Brother’s fault. Ghel asked how she going to solve it. It’s already been 30 hours. Everyone was on edge. Why she was messing around there. Patrick says she was only six. Why he yelling at her. Ghel says life at stake. Using a major case like that to entertain a child. He holds Milan on his collar and says he has no professionalism at all. He doesn’t deserve that uniform.

Millie says sure, he was the pro. He was about to trample all the evidence away. Milan took the photo at Ghel step on the floor. Millie took it from Milan and says that was the footprint that left by the killer. Milan says the park is crowded. There are many footprints at the scene. How did she determine it. Ghel says he was actually asking a child? Fine. Go ahead and play house. Milan looks at him. Ghel says he was leaving. He was started to walk away. Milli says it’s not that hard. She will teach him since her big brother doesn’t get it. Ghel stop from walking and turn around again. Millie sticks the footprint photo on the whiteboard. Then she says listen up, Master Millie Shaw’s class is starting. She says the victim usually only visits the park during the day. But he died in the park at dawn. So, the park is not the primary crime scene. Killer dumped body, weigh shows. Making the footprints deeper. Isn’t that footprint the deepest. She pointed one footprint on the photo. Patrick takes a closer look of the photo and says it really seems to be. He look at Millie and why she was so amazing. Millie says it was nothing. She even knows the killer is 170 cm tall and aged 40 to 45. Ghel asked her to stop. Saying even if to she was right about the depth. How can she guess the age. She was being ridiculous. Millie says not guessing, based on footprints size and width and using a formula he can calculate height and weight. Basic footprints examination sense. He doesn’t know? Ghel says he know but it’s not a solid clue. Many 1.7m men! All suspects? Millie says if the killer has a limp, it’d be easy to find them, right? Ghel says what? She snaps her finger and asked Patrick to help her find something.

She put some powder on the floor and asked Patrick to make some steps. Patrick does what Millie says. After that Millie says young people are strong. Most footprints are clear with long strides and weight on the forefoot. Middle-age people take steady and smaller steps The weight falls on the heel. Most importantly. The killer’s left foot. The weight shifts slightly outward. They clearly have a limp. Milan took the photo and says with these clues they will lock on the suspect soon. Ghel says she said it and he just believe her. Footprint analysis is hard few experts exist. How old is his kid. If she’s that good, he might as well quit. Milan says then they asked the chief tracking specialist. Teacher Satma Marsh. He took photo from his phone and sent it to her. He says if we’re worth believing. After a while Teacher Marsh called Milan. He says they have a footprint there they like her to see. They want to know the suspect physical traits. Milan says what? Male, 1.7m, left foot 3cm short a slight limp. Ghel says she really know her stuff. Patrick says what did Captain Ghel Zane just say. He asked Milan if he remember. Ghel says he was man of his word. He will file his resignation right now. He was about to walk when Milan pulls his hand and asked where he was going. Milan says can’t he change his bad temper. Millie says she have one more major clue. Millie sit on the chair says mhm… sigh… the students are all gone. Won’t say it. Ghel says what clue. Millie says base on the footprints. When the killer was moving the body. They were taking their time. It shows the killer is mentally very strong. First time offenders are rarely this calm. Even when dumping a body, they’d instinctively choose remote areas far from the city to avoid discovery. She suspects this isn’t the killer’s first crime. Ghel says ex-con. He doesn’t limp at all.  Milan says no the suspect in the North city serial case from six months ago. The only known clue right now is that person also has a limp. They cannot rule out that he left North city. Millie sits on the chair holding her chin, she was also thinking and remember few months ago while they are eating. The news about the killer murdered 7 young girls within six months. Under the police screening no one has been killed in the past two months but the killer is still at large.

Ghel says all speculation, no evidence, victims were children. If it’s the same person why kill that scavenger. Patrick sys the difference in victims is quite large. He asked Millie if she did a mistake in her deduction. Millie says if she was the killer why would she kill him. She was thinking why. Then she says because he saw my face. Ghel and Milan look at her. She says he must have been committing the crime when the old man accidentally saw him. So killed him for silence. But why would he take the body and dump it in the park. Ghel says humph! like she saw it, sounds surreal. Does she think she was a surveillance camera. Millie says criminal profiling is also a branch of investigation. Just because he was incompetent doesn’t mean she was. Ghel says he think she watch too many cartoons. He asked what going on in that head of hers. Patrick steps forward and stay does he think he was talking too on Millie’s side and says who does he think he talking to. His little sister helped them find the suspect’s footprints. Does he even have that kind of talent. Ghel says fine he admits she has some skills serial case is nonsense. Milan called out Ghel and says enough. They have suspect traits now. They need to organize a search. Milan squat down and says she did reach a conclusion. Millie says she don’t have any physical evidence. It’s all based on deduction. But the killer struck in North City a second time two months after the first-time 3rd crime 40 days later 4th after 27 days. The intervals between his crimes are getting shorter. He cannot help himself. She says she bet he was right in the middle of it when he as spotted. Ghel says still lying. No homicides in Cloud city lately. Millie says wait longer something happens. Ghel says enough Milan Shaw control your brat. One police come calling Ghel and Milan saying a parent reported that their child was followed. They suspect the serial killer from North City has come to Cloud City. Ghel was shocked and says what? He asked if the child was okay. The police says the child was fine. In Willow Allery. Elder shouted scared suspect off. Parents want to thank the elder. Patrick says she was amazing. Millie look at Ghel and says she told him she wouldn’t be wrong. Then she says but why is the body dump site in the park. What is so special about it. She remembers what happen that day. Then she says the park is only one street away from the Blue House. Why choose such a dangerous place. He is challenging. Does he think no one can catch him.

Milan says report to the higher-ups and start the search immediately. They are about to move when Millie says wait. She asked to give her a map of the cloud city. Patrick finds the map for her. She opens it on the floor. Holding a marker. Patrick was seating on the floor in front of her. Ghel asked why they are watching her draw at a time like that. Milan says what his little sister drawing must be related to the case. He told him they take another look. She circles the willow alley, the park. She says since the killer he will choose places with lax background checks. She circle the place where many migrant workers. The place where many crimes uncaught means he has strong counter surveillance awareness. He won’t strike near where he lives. He will use a buffer zone to distance himself from the crimes. After circling the places, she connects all the circle by a straight line. The one place where all the line connected she raw star on it. Then she says she found the killer. She pointed the place where she put star. Ghel says she want them to search just because she drew a star. And added if she was kidding. Milan says just set it up as his little sister says. Ghel asked if he was crazy. Kid knows no better. does he know how much manpower a search takes. Go himself if he wants. He was not going. Milan says since they were searching why not start there. Ghel says fine. if the suspect isn’t there expect a disciplinary action.

They went to the place where they Millie mark. The Captain Ghel asked what was going on. One of the police Gordon Lynn is the only one around there with a limp. Rented two months ago landlord saw them in the room. Rope, knives and a bunch of photos of kids. Ghel signal the landlord to knock on the door. But no one answered. Ghel asked him to open the door. The landlord uses his key to open the door. When the lock click Ghel kick the door open. But there was no one on the room. They found lighten candles and different photos of children. some are mark with x on it. Milan saw a familiar photo. He took it out. It was photo of his own little sister. Millie. Ghel and Milan rush out. The other was left taking the photos and taking all the evidence that they can get. On Shaw’s sibling apartment building a limping man was slowly climbing the stairs. The man knocks on the Shaw’s sibling house. Millie was alone. He was playing a computer game when she heard the knock. She says it was so late why is someone knocking. She says was his big brother didn’t bring his keys. Millie asked who it was. The man says from downstairs. HE says their place is leaking. It was leaking into his place. Millie says her place isn’t leaking. She opens the door. The man was standing in the front door. The man gets in and closes the door Millie walks back ward. The man asked if she was home alone. He asked if his parent out. Millie says on her mind if he was telling the truth he would’ve been home to notice the leak. She looks at his shoe. His shoe was cover in mud. And there’s mud on his pants. It means he just came from outside. He is lying. Millie says Mr./ His brother Milan was at home. She will go get him. Milli started to run in the living room but with limping the man catch her and hold her on her shoulder and says good kid don’t lie. He knows his big brother Milan and brother Patrick aren’t home. He says he was a good guy and asked her not to worry. If she doesn’t believe him. She can come to his place and see the leak herself. Millie says to herself he was after him. She saw the footprint on the floor. Only them she notices that he has a limp too. She was asking herself if he was the killer in the serial case. She says she was too small to fight him right now. She will have to use trick.

Millie called his brother Patrick. Some asked to freeze. Patrick asked if she was okay. Millie says he was so cool. Milan run toward her and check if she was okay. After that Milan show a warrant of arrest to Gordon Lyn saying they suspected him a linked to eight homicides. That was his arrest warrant. There was only 10 hours left. In the investigation room. Milan and Ghel was sitting next to each other. Gordon Lynn was seated in the interrogation room. His name was Gordon Lynn, 42, originally from North City. Former mechanic and plumber. Ghel was asking where he was yester at 2am. Gordon didn’t say a word. He pretends not hearing him. Ghel tap that table and says does he think staying silence means they cannot do anything to him. His footprint was at the body dump site. Plus, the rope and photos of kids in his house. That was enough to convict him. Milan says confess for leniency, resist for severity. If he confesses today, the Sir will take it into consideration during sentencing. Gordon says he was hungry. He asked to get him something to eat. He was out of energy. The give him food to eat while he was eating Milan asked why he killed the scavenger. Gordon laughed and said he will talk. Then he says the food are tasty delicious. Outside the interrogation room Patrick and Millie was standing looking and listening. Ghel tap the table again and says playing dump won’t help him. He says she suggests he confess while he still can. Gordon Lynn says confess what. Doesn’t he have evidence. Why does he need his confession. If he was so smart, find it himself. One of them trying to play the bad cop and put on an act huh. He says don’t think he was clueless. He knows the law. He didn’t have any evidence. People come and go in that park all the time what’s a footprint. No weapon, no confession. They cannot convict him at all. He laughed. Ghel stands up and push the food on his front. Gordon Lynn says that was wasting food. It’s not right to waste food like that.

Millie outside says in herself he is so confident he didn’t leave any other evidence. Leave aa mark. As long as he did it there must be a clues and traces. Milan and Ghel went out in the interrogation room. Ghel says he knows once he confesses, he is definitely guilty. Milan says he won’t open his mouth at all. Milan says they need another way. Ghel asked what way. He must have destroyed all the evidence. Millie was looking at the photos police takes in his place. Ghel says if the evidence isn’t complete. It will definitely be rejected by the Urban Management Bureau. Did they catch him for nothing. Millie says the murder weapon was still there. The three look at her. Then the Director come. Director Sasha Gale. He asked what the situation was. Milan and Ghel Shook their head. Sasha says it’s been less than 30 hours since the case was discovered. They have done a great job. If he won’t talk keep interrogating. If all else fails, call in the interrogation specialist. Millie called him uncle and says she found the evidence. Patrick covers her mouth and says Director Gale’s strict. Entering confinement Room broke protocol. He says don’t provoke him. Sasha asked who that child was. Milan says it was their little sister Millie. Sasha says last time he saw her she wasn’t even a month old. She grown so much in the blink of an eye. He says both of them work hard to rise her. He says they can bring her to stay at his place sometimes. His wife loves little girls. However, the Blue House is for officials’ business. He cannot bring a child there again. Ghel says the kid is something else. She figured out the suspect’s footprints and range of movement. And now she says she found the murder weapon. Sasha says nonsense. This case involves eight lives. How can he let a child get involve. Milan says her sister is just a child, but she really has talent. Why don’t they just listen to her idea. Sasha says he was the old officer how can he be so careless with a case. Regardless of whether his kid is right or wrong He violated the rules. How can he supposed to file the report a six-year-old child solve the case. Milan was trying to say something, but Sasha says enough. He asked Patrick to take Millie away. Milan says wait. Milan asked Millie if she was sure the murder weapon was still there. Patrick’s hand still covering her mouth. She nods her head. Milan face Director Gale an says he trusts his little siter. As long as they solve this case, he will take full responsibility. Ghel look at her. Milan says when the case was over, he will submit his resignation. Sasha says there’s a limit to spoiling the kid. He believes everything she says. Millie taps Patrick hand that still covering her mouth. Patrick removes his hand.

Millie says she has evidence. He doesn’t believe. She asked him to look at the bottle. Milan passes him the photo. Sasha looks at it. Then she says she was quite capable. Ghel smile. Then he says it’s uncle. Uncle was biased against kids. He says with evidence, identifying them will be easier. He says go ahead. Ghel and Milan says yes, sir. Gordon sees that everyone was leaving. He asked why everyone was leaving. He says he was thirsty. He was going to report them. He keeps shouting to give him water he was thirsty. Millie says she thinks they are soft. They won’t be pushed around. Why not let her go. She will make him talk. Sasha says no that’s against the rule. But since she helped many times, they will make an exception and let her observe. She was young and it was normal to chime in. Millie says old age make wisdom. Gordon Lynn was still shouting water from inside. Ghel come in and it’s him a bottle of water. Millie and Milan come inside too. Gordon says fine don’t they want to interrogate him. It has been so long. He says hurry up. asked what they want to ask. How do they want to do this. He says they start. Millie says does he think he was smart. Think nobody can catch him. Gordon suddenly becomes quiet. Millie says actually he made a ton of mistakes. He left plenty of evidence at the scene. Gordon laughs and asks what they are doing. Was they kidding him. Bringing a kid in there. Gordon says sure he got does like kids. But they cannot use a kid to make him talk. He says they underestimate people. They are looking down on him. Millie crosses his arm in front of her and says is it that hard to make him talk. She says she only need 10 minutes. To make him confess the whole murder. Gordon says oh 10 minutes. Just her. He will give her 10 years. Millie says then they will see who will win. Millie called Milan. Milan put an alarm. Millie says he refuses to talk simply because he thinks his crime was perfect. Without evidence they cannot touch him. That’s why he was so arrogant. After the crime, he dumped the body at the Blue House. The park a cross and even targeted a police family like her. Too bad he was too clever. A single footprint betrayed him. His house is also full of evidence. Gordon laughed and said isn’t it just a rope. That’s just a tool for his work. Millie says it not the rope it’s the bottle. Gordon stops laughed he got shocked. His eyes open wide. Millie says habit are hard to change. She says she notices his kettle and thermos are very old. Ghel was listening on the side. Millie says especially the thermos it has many scratches. Showing he carries it out often. Normally the chance he needs to buy water is small. Then how to explain the water bottle on the table. The bottle is very new. Bought recently, right? What went off plan? Forcing him to buy water. Gordon starts to laugh again and says really now. He was thirsty. He went to buy a bottle of water. Isn’t that normal. Millie asked where he bought it. Was it nearing Willow Alley. Right? Gordon says he don’t know. How could he remember where he bought it. He forgot. Millie says he certainly remembers because water isn’t the point. The bottle is. Gordon, remember he uses it to lure the scavenger. Millie says he followed the kid and were seen by a scavenger. It was dark and he ran fast. He was sure the kid didn’t see his face. But he was not sure if the scavenger did. To keep it a secret. Milan was listening too. Millie continues saying he bought water and used the bottle as bait. To silence him. Gordon laughs. And asked if she lost her mind. That’s just her guess. That proves nothing.

Millie says exactly, hie counter surveillance awareness is strong. Taking the bottle home was to avoid leaving physical evidence. If asked, he could say he bought it at another store. After all none of the nearby surveillance caught him. Ghel was thinking what was Millie saying. Millie says but now that they have his photo within 5km of crime scene supermarkets and asking around. Guess what. The supermarket owner. Will they remember him. Gordon laughs and says if he known place for dead. Stayed away. He called Ghel and says he wouldn’t be trying to close the case early. By framing him.  Is there no law in this. Is there no justice. Ghel just says behave himself. Milan says to Millie that owner’s memory is just circumstantial evidence.  Just a supplementary link. Millie turns to him and says she knows. There are fibers in the victim’s mouth and nose. She looks at Gordon who was still laughing. She says he thinks the weapon was a towel or some easily destroyed textile. But Gordon Lynn’s habits tell her his weapon was gloves. Millie says he has a very low material desires he only have essential at home and his clothes and shoes are years old. He didn’t even throw away a pair of blackened gloves. So why he has a pair of new gloves. And even washed them exceptionally clean? Gordon hands form a fist. Millie says because they were stained with things that shouldn’t be there. The victim was old and weak, but he was an adult and would have struggled before death. During the struggled, he likely touched his gloves. Gordon remembers that he washes it thoroughly. Millie says water can wash away his fingerprints. But inside the cotton fibers. There must be the victim’s skin cells. Testing it will provide the most direct evidence. With testimonial and physical evidence and the weapon identified plus the photos in the house. They can prove his motive forming a complete chain of evidence even with a zero confession it’s enough to convict him. Millie asked if he was sure he want to keep acting. Ghel radio one police offer and say send Gordon Lynn’s gloves for urgent testing. Milan called Gordon Lynn saying his resistance is futile. He will ask him one last time. Did he kill him. Gordon admitted it. He says yes. The old man was meddling. Milan started to write. Gordon Lynn says he saw the kid alone and followed her for her safety. It was that old man. He meddled they fought just an argument. It was just a slip-up just a slip-up. Ghel says Nonsense he killed seven children. He knows exactly why he followed her. Gordon told to watch what he says. He only made that one mistake. Ghel says denied North City cases. Milan says yet his house has photos of victims. Gordon says he was just curious he was studying the case at home. He heard all the noise outside. Wondering who so capable to kill seven people at once. Wow seven, he even heard them say the police hasn’t caught him yet. If the police haven’t caught him, does it keep them up at night. At night does they have nightmares? Ghel hold the collar of Gordon’s shirt. And asked what was he so smug about? Milan called Ghel and asked him to stay calm. Millie called Ghel and says don’t be mad he was not the one dreaming. She pointed Gordon and said it was him. Gordon laughs and says kid she was smart. He left such a tiny flaw and she actually found it. He continued his slaughter. Then he says too bad times up. She cannot win.

Millie says three minutes was enough. Millie says he cares so much about winning. Is it because he never won before. He was full of himself. Thinking there’s no evidence if he took the physical proof. Gordon stops from laughing. Millie says getting away with multiple crimes for six months. He got bolder and started provoking the Police. He only admits to killing the old scavenger. To make the North City serial case a cold case. He wants everyone to remember the killer. That extreme arrogance usually stems from extreme insecurity. Gordon says insecure? Him? What does he have to be insecure about? Millie took a folder and read. He was born in the North City countryside. His father was a drunk with violent tendencies. Neighbors heard the sound of him and his mother being beaten. His mother was good to him but she disappeared when he was eight. Everyone suspected his father beat her to death. The only kind person is gone. His father became even more abusive He even broke his leg. Gordon remembers how his father beat him when he was still a child. The use bottle of alcohol to hit him. He used his belt to beat him until he was black and blue. Millie says since then he the top student saw his grade plummet. He has unhappy childhood. Seeing other kids happy make him feel resentful. That’s why he targeted those children. But his father was the real cause of his misery. Yet he didn’t dare to retaliate against him. He just a bully and a coward. Gordon shouted and says she was or his wrong. He doesn’t care about his past at all. Millie says he does care and he crave love and attention. Otherwise, why did he goes looking father three years ago. Too bad he didn’t want him as aa son at all. He beat him up and threw him out. He really is a pathetic loser nobody cares about. Gordon shouted t her. Asking her to shut up. He says stop talking. He says he went there to get money from him. He doesn’t family. He was fine living on his own.   he was enough by himself. Millie says is that so. What if she told him his mother is still alive. Gordon looks at her and says impossible. She was lying. She was lying to him. Milan says limited tech then meant fewer leads. It could only be ruled a disappearance. Before he was arrested. They already got in touch with his mother.  Gordon say no. They are trying to trick him. He says he won’t fall for it. Millie says he don’t believe it her big brother can let him see her with his own eyes. Milan says if he confesses everything. They will contact his mother. If she agrees they will apply to arrange a meeting. Gordon says what he said was it true. Millie says doesn’t he know the police doesn’t lie. His big brother will keep his word if he promising him. Millie says it was his last chance. Did he do it. The North City Serial case. Gordon admitted it. He says yes, he did that. Ghel smile. Milan uncaps the pen and started to write. Gordon says his first time he killed a four-year-old child. It was because of that day, Gordon confess everything. After the confession Milan give Gordon the file and asked to sign it.

Out the interrogation room Director Sasha says six months and it’s settled. Milan says the North City Serial Case finally over. He hopes the victim and their families can get some closure. Sasha says they all did a great job. He looks at Millie and says she was the star contributor. He will put in a request for her and get her a reward. It’s not much, just a reward. Patrick asked Sasha if that appropriate. How can they write in the report that the six-year-old solved the case. Sasha pointed him. Millie says on her mind what was the point of a reward. She going to catch all the Class A wanted fugitives and become a top-tier player. She doesn’t care about the money.  Millie says no, thanks to him. Cooperating with the police is everyone’s responsible. No rewards needed. Sasha says what a great kid. a natural talent for this. Sasha says still need to wrap up the case. They need to head out.  Outside Ghel was accompanying Gordon to transfer the jail. Gordon saw Milan, Millie and Patrick. Gordon says he haven’t done what he promised. How can he leave. He wants to see his mother. Let him see her. Millie says don’t worry More than him she wants him to see his mother even more. Gordon asked what she means. Milan says his mother lives in the South City. Even if she agreed he couldn’t see her now. But he can do it right in front of him and give her a call. Gordon says that’s works. Milan dialed a number. a woman answered. Asking who was it. Milan says hello Cloud City Criminal Investigation Division. Milan asked who it was. Was this mother of Gordon Lynn, Samantha. The woman says she was not. Milan says then, does he know Gordon Lynn. The woman say trouble. He smashed things like his father. He hit her she was scared. The woman says she hangs up. Gordon was shouting asking her not to hang up. Gordon says no, no that was not his mother. Gordon says they lied to him. Millie says she bet his mother ran away back then. Otherwise, when he mentions her, his dad wouldn’t be so angry. But don’t blame her. She suffered from domestic abuse. When she saw her son becoming an abuser too, she had to run. his mother was the only one who cared about him. He was the one who drove her away. From now on no one will ever remember him. The three siblings walk pass through him. Gordon asked them not to leave.

In the Shaw siblings house Patrick was talking to their parent’s photo saying Millie was grown-up now. She can even solve serial cases and helped them catch the serial killer. He and his big brother will take good care of her. He told them to rest in peace and don’t worry. Milan called Patrick and said does he think ever since their little sister Millie fell off the slide, she was like a different person. Patrick agrees and says she won’t touch the snacks she used to love. But he says their little sister Millie is just growing up becoming more mature. But how can someone suddenly become so smart and even change their taste? It’s like she becomes a different person. Millie come and says she was home. Patrick says didn’t brother Milan say he will pick her up. How did she get home by herself. Millie says the teacher let them off early after the exam. She told him not to worry. She took the bus by herself. It was very safe. Milan asked if she did bring her test paper. She wants to see it. Millie says okay and says to herself why his big brother suddenly asked about it. Does he suspect her. Good thing she was prepared. She took the exam paper from her school bag and give it to him. Patrick and Milan look at her test paper. It was 32 points. Two points higher than last time. Patrick says good job little sister. Milan smile and says to himself look like their little sister only has a talent for solving cases. He was overthinking it. Milan phone’s ring. It was from the desk officer in the Bureau. Milan says okay he will be right there.  Millie says to herself another case she needs his big brother to take her along. Milan was walking out when Millie hugs his leg and says she can help and asked to take her with him. Milan says no way that was a murder scene it will scare her. Patrick says to Milan just take their little sister Millie. She’s just like them. For her body, bodies are like math problems. Just take her. Milan looks at Millie was still hugging his leg. Keep nodding her   head. Milan says fine.

The area was already sealed by the police. Out lookers were outside controlled by the police. One says it’s a murder. The examiner was inside taking photos for evidence. Milan come, holding Millie on his hand. The parent of the victim was crying sitting on the couch in the living room. The police told Milan that the victim’s identity is confirmed. Neil Lewis, 21, college student. Just took leave to come home today. Strangled with a TV cord from home.  Time of death around 12:30 to 1:20pm. Lilian Lewis reported after shopping. The parents said the cash and jewelry are gone. So, they suspect the killer was interrupted during a theft discovered by the victim. Millie while still holding in hand by his big brother start to look around through her eyes. Lilian says they just can take the money. Why did they have to kill. She told Milan that they should catch the killer. Or how can her son rest in peace. The out looker said this theft is so evil. Millie says that is someone they knew. And the killer is someone they trust very much. Mr. Lewis stands up and asked whose kid she was. His son is dead and he brings a kid to watch the show. He is asking if he has no shame. Milan says they misunderstand. That is his little sister. He asked her to tell them why it would be an inside job. Mr. Lewis says no, was he there for the case or to babysit. How old she was. He was asking her. Was he out of his mind? Milan says they need to listen to the public to solve cases.

His little sister Millie cracked the February Serial case. Mr. Lewis says who was he kidding. She can barely read. If she can solve cases, he was Conan. If he cannot solve it then get out. He shouts Milan to leave and get lost. Millie says if he kicked them out don’t, he wants to know who the killer is? Mr. Lewis shout his mouth. Milan says he understands how he feels. He asked Mr. Lewis to trust him and let her little sister speak. Mr. Lewis if she doesn’t make sense he will go to his superiors and see if he gets punished. He sat down and comfort his wife. Millie says if she was right, he will apologize to her big brother and the team. The out looker says can that kid do it. Mr. Lewis says if she finds the killer will even get on his knees. Millie says he said it. She will prove it to him. Millie says first the victim is in pajamas and slippers. That means before the incident he was resting at home. If it were a theft who saw someone was home, they wouldn’t have entered. Besides, thieves usually operate at night not at noon. Mr. Lewis was listening to what she was saying. Millie says second the window are locked from inside. Thieves must use the front door.  But their door lock shows no sign of tampering. That leaves two possibilities. First the victim knew the killer and let them in. Lilian Lewis says that was nonsense. Her son was a good, kind boy. How could he know a thief? Millie says true, people don’t usually wear pajamas for guests. The killer opened the door themselves. They had a key. Mr. Lewis says so what if they had a key. Thieves always scout the place. Couldn’t he have secretly made a key?  Millie says a newly cut key takes time to fit the lock. It will definitely leave marks at first. But their lock has no new scratches. So, the killer used an old key. That been used for a long time. Mr. Lewis says at all nonsense. They never lost any keys. Millie says that was her third point. The killer took all the cash and jewelry. The motive was clearly money. But he barely searched around. Unless they told him where they hid things. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be so accurate. Lilian Lewis body was shaking. They must know the theft and trust him too. If they really didn’t lose any keys, then they let the wolf   in and gave him the key themselves.

Combined with the marks on the body, they can see the whole crime. The victim came out of the room. Caught the killer in the act. He rushes over to stop him. That’s why where he fells is some distance from the bedroom and the front door. It was a panicked crime of passion. He only wanted money. He didn’t bring a weapon. So, he used their speaker wire instead. No traces of a stranger. It certain the killer acted alone. The by standers says what kind of people give their keys away? look what happened? One says maybe he gave it to a woman. On says no way, Old Lewis and his wife seemed so in love. One says he doesn’t look like that type. They never know what’s in a person’s heart. One agrees and says true who knows what Old Lewis is doing with that young secretary. Mr. Lewis hearing that says nonsense. Stop talking rubbish. He would never give their key to an outsider. Millie says the victim was tall and young. To strangle him alone would be very hard for a woman. Even a man would need to be very fit. So, the killer is someone they know. A strong, fit man. The out lookers say Old Lewis’s wife cheated. On says no way they cannot tell. Lilian says to Millie that she was trying to ruin her reputation. She started to cry hard again.  Millie says she didn’t. They out lookers just making things up. Lilian asked her to shut up. Her son just passed away. She is playing tricks. She won’t let him rest in peace. She asked them to get out now. Milan talk to Millie says the victim’s family is very upset. He asked he to listen to him. He asked her to go home first. Millie says okay.

In their home Millie says what she said was true. Why they won’t believe her. What if the killer escapes. It will be so hard to find them. When can she finally catch them all.  Milan sat down on the couch next to her holding an envelope. Milan asked if she still unhappy. Milan says they checked the relationships of those three. They identified three suspects.  But they’ve all been cleared. He wanted to ask for her help looking into them. Since she was in a bad mood. He won’t bother her then. He stands up. Millie says just made her a treat. She was very happy now. Milan smiles and says really. Then he asked her to help him analyze the report. Milan says Sheldon Lewis the victim’s father has a big business. The Lewis couple often helps friends and family. Their first suspect was Sheldon’s cousin, Ken crime. He wasn’t in town. The second suspect is Kenneth Shea. He is Lilian’s friend’s husband. He recently borrowed from the Lewis Family for loans. The other was Nathan Tanner an old classmate of the Lewis Couple. His daughter has a genetic disease. He was at the hospital during the crime. Millie says he was looking at the wrong direction. Those three aren’t the killers. Millie too all the photo in the envelope. She looks at them one by one and uses the Cloud City map. Then she pointed one male photo and says he was the killer. Milab says he is not close to the Lewis Couple. Plus, he has an alibi for the time of the crime. Millie says she was very sure. She asked him to look she pointed him the address location. Milan makes a call. He says suspect identified. He asked to go and keep an eye on him.  The person on the other line says okay. Milan says thanks. He will then head back to the Bureau.

The Lewis couple was in the station they are talking with Captain Ghel. Lilian says it’s been a whole day. Why is there no news at all.  Her son is still waiting to be buried. Without finding the killer how can he be rest in peace? She started to cry again. Ghel says he knows they are hurting but they have regulations. They cannot disclose anything. Case out of his jurisdiction. Sheldon says his son who died why won’t he tell him? He just cannot solve it. What kind of police he was. Ghel told him to calm down first. Ghel saw Milan coming. When he went in. Ghel says finally he was there. The victim’s family is demanding answers. Seeing him. Sheldon says it was him. His son’s case he shouldn’t handle it. He asked Ghel to investigate it. Milan says they have protocols. Things like that cannot change just because of family wishes. Sheldon says what does he meant cannot change. Someone who brings a child to a crime scene is not fit to be police. How can he get justice for his son? Sheldon took at Ghel and says if he cannot decide he will go to their superior. Millie went in. Millie says if they leave, they will regret it. Ghel asked why she was still there. Millie says she found the killer. She afraid he won’t believe her again. She was there to do a case analysis. Sheldon looks at Lilian asking if she really believe that brat? How old she even. Millie when on the whiteboard. Lilian says she just wants to know who killed her son. Millie says that case was isn’t hard. Knowing it’s someone they know they can filter through their social network. The killer is in great physical shape. They can rule out those who weren’t capable. Ghel look at Milan and says the case isn’t solved yet. They cannot tell the family it against the rules. Milan says her little sister Millie isn’t police. She doesn’t know how to solve cases. She just telling a story. Millie continues she says next exclude those without a motive, those with alibi and those not close enough to have a key.

Millie says only six people left. Ken Lewis, Kenneth Shea, Nathan Tanner, Chance Marsh, Tom Young, Jason Chase. Lilian eyes widen. Sheldon says quite the act. Who is Chance Marsh? He doesn’t even know him. What was she analyzing. Millie says he was an acquaintance of his wife. So, he is part of their family’s social circle. Sheldon says how is that possible. His wife’s friends and relatives there’s no one he doesn’t know. Millie crosses her arm and says is that so? Since his relationship is so good. Why would his wife be friends with Chance Marsh. They all shocked. Lilian eyes widen. Sheldon asked what did she say? Lilian says she was slandering her. They’ve been married for 20 years. She never betrayed her husband. Milan and Ghel look at each other. Ghel lips curved smile. Sheldon asked Lilian not to be angry. They’ve been together a long time. How could he trust a stranger over her. Sheldon looks at Millie and says she was making thing up. He says believe him he will sue her. Millie says yes in his eyes he and his wife are deeply in love. For decades wearing their wedding rings. But the last time she was at their home his wife wasn’t wearing hers. Lilian says nonsense that day she just got back from grocery shopping. And she was going to cook so she took the ring off. She saying she cheated just because of that? Millie says worn rings leave finger marks. Lilian instantly covers her hand.   If she only takes it off occasionally. The mark should be as deep as her husband. But her mark is very faint. She must take it off often. What would someone be doing. To feel that a wedding ring is in the way.  That would be meeting another man. Sheldon says was she ever going to stop. Sheldon takes off his wedding ring. And asked Lilian to take off hers and let them see. Make her shut up. Sheldon took Lilian’s hand and he remove it by himself while Lilian was struggling. After taking off he compare it. Milan and Ghel were looking too. Sheldon says herring mark why is it so faint. He asked if what that kid said actually true. She betrayed him. Lilian says she didn’t. She just finds it annoying, so she doesn’t wear it sometimes. She doesn’t know why there’s such a big difference. Lilian asked Sheldon does he not believe her. Sheldon says how cannot he believe her. Milan told Millie that everyone has a different constitution.  That kind of thing could happen. Lilian looks at Sheldon and says see even the police say so. She really didn’t. Ghel look at Millie and says so she has other evidence to prove her infidelity.

Millie says of course she has other evidence. Millie looks at Lilian and says she don’t usually wear make-up. She doesn’t even dress up when the family goes out. But she always carries a make-up bag with her. And she goes a lot of cosmetics. Someone who doesn’t work and doesn’t like make-up. What occasion would they dress up for. Taking off the wedding ring on purpose only when meeting a man. And she meets this man vey frequently. She even gives him her keys for their dates. Was she correct. Sheldon looks at Lilian and asked why she doesn’t say anything. Who is Chance Marsh. Lilian looks at him she was buckling why saying he was from the next community. She and Him they just met a few times and shared a few words. She says she was clean with him. She says even if he doesn’t believe her but Neil is her biological son. Would she ever harm him. Lilian glare at Millie and say just a few words she wants to drive a wedge between her and her husband. Dream on. Millie says it seems she won’t confess until she was cornered. If she has nothing to do with Chance   Marsh, why would she buy him such expensive things. She saw receipts. Millie says Seven-Jeweled Polly leather bag, Prada plaid shirt, Ashini suit. Those things never appeared in her husband closet. But they appeared on Chance Marsh. And even CK underwear. Does she really have no relationship. Ghel asked is he really wearing all these luxury items. Milan looks at Lilian and says Chance Marsh now is  a major suspect in her son’s murder. Was she still not gone talk.

Sheldon hold Lilian arm and says years of feeling. She might not care divorce if she doesn’t want to stay. But she hurt their son! Lilian says she didn’t. She started to cry again. She yes and sorry but she was human too. Since his business grew how many times a month does he come home. He was on a business trip even when her parents died. Chance Marsh was the one who took her home. Millie shakes her head. Lilian admitted that she gives him the key. Just wanting him to visit her more. She didn’t want anything to happen to her son either. The killer wouldn’t be Chance Marsh. It couldn’t be him. Ghel says he just asked Chance Marsh’s place. Isn’t far from their home. Half-hour walks. One entrance only. Cameras and security can prove it. at 11:40 am on the day of the crime. He went in and never came out. Why didn’t she rule him out. Millie says because his alibi is fake. Walking usually takes half an hour but Chance Marsh is 24, he is young, strong and works out. With his physical condition he could totally cut the time down.  He says he was home alone when it happened but he has no actual witness. So, his alibi doesn’t stand. Milan says but how did he leave. The other two exist are sealed off. Wall is three meters high. Impossible to climb empty handed. Then he says Chance Marsh knows outdoor climbing. He has a full set of climbing gear at home. Millie says to protect the rock, things like rock mechanism shackle and cam that climbing gear is designed to fix into rock crevices.  It can be removed afterwards without leaving a trace but the complex wall has no gaps. If Chance Marsh climbed over, he’d has to use a piton to damage the wall. She called Milan. He understands and makes a call to check. Milan asked to go check the perimeter wall on Chance Marsh community right now. After a while Milan asked if he was sure it was a piton. Lilian closes her eyes. Milan asked to arrest Chance Marsh right now he was on his way. Milan says the property management had complained large nails driven into outer wall.  Milan told Ghel that he will leave the rest to him. Ghel says go on get out from there.

Sheldon was about to walk away when Lilian grabs his hand and says sorry. She didn’t think it would really hurt their son. Sheldon says save that for someone else. He pushes her hard and says they are getting divorce. Sheldon went out. Lilian was about to follow but Ghel stop her. He says they need her to cooperate in the investigation regarding Chance Marsh. Lilian shouted impossible she known him for so long. She gives him so much money. How could it be him. He would never steal from her. Millie says she didn’t know Chance Marash bought a house back home? He was planning to marry a blind date arranged by his family. Lilian was shocked. Millie says if only she has known earlier. Millie taps the table. One photo fall down floor. Millie picks it up. It was Neil arms photo. Millie says there’s more than one killer. Milan reported to Director Sasha Gale he says Chance Marsh confessed everything, including the time and details. Sasha says good it’s been less than 24 hours since the crime happen and he already caught the suspect. He says well done. Milan says this time it was all thanks to his little sister Millie. Sasha looks at him. Sasha looks at him. Milan says she discovered the link between the mother and the suspect. That’s why it went so smoothly. Sasha says but if that girl hadn’t lectured the family things would’ve been much harder. She been a huge help again. In the case. Report to Law Enforcement Squad certificates for his sister. Milan says thank you to him. Milli went in and says he cannot submit the report. The case isn’t over yet. Millie says when she saw the body, the livor mortis hadn’t fully formed. She shows them the photo. She says that was taken eight spurs after he died. Livor mortis stabilized. It can see a faint pinch mark on the victim’s inner right arm. It looks like it was left by the killer but it wasn’t him. There was a third person at the scene. More than one person did that.

Director Gale says that was not small matter and asked if, she was sure. Millie says Chance Marsh fought the victim. He strangled the victim tightly. He couldn’t have let go. It was his accomplice. They pinned the victim’s arms down. Milan says if Chance Marsh had help then they should have held the victim down firmly. But why is the mark so faint. They look at her. Millie says she find it strange too. If she were the accomplice, she should use all my strength. Unless victim stopped struggling. Sasha, say it takes ten to fifteen second to lose consciousness from suffocation. How could the victim stay still for that long. It doesn’t make sense. She needs to show him solid evidence. Otherwise, he must report what they have. Millie says she don’t have evidence but her deduction is correct. Milan was trying to say something. Sasha stops him and says police work required evidence. Otherwise, how to answer question from Law Enforcement Squad and public. Should he write that he suspects another killer in the report. And asked the higher-up for a few more days. Does that make any sense. Then he says he will be giving him one more hour. He told him to get to the seen now. See if they can find anything new. The two sibling was happy and run back to the crime scene.

They went back to the house to find more clue about the second suspect. Milan told Millie that there really seem to be no traces of second suspect. Millie says strange but her theory cannot be wrong. Victim caught the killer stealing. He rushed over to fight. He had a strong will to resist. He struggled desperately while being strangled. That’s why there are fresh scuff marks on the floor. The stool leg was scratched too. Milan says right but it’s odd second suspect faced victim easily touched. But there’s only wood dust under his nails, no DNA. Could it be he didn’t resist at all. Millie says once he eliminates all impossible options Whatever remains however improbable, is the truth. The victim saw the accomplice and gave up resisting. Even against two people, he shouldn’t have been that hopeless. What exactly happened then? What did he see. Lilian suddenly comes in front the front door. Ashe asked them why they are back again. Didn’t they already catch the killer. Milan says they suspect there’s a second suspect. They need to re-examine the crime scene. Lilian says what? how is that possible? Did Chance Marsh say something? Millie crosses her arm and says shouldn’t she care about who the accomplice is? She seems like shew don’t want him to confess. Lilian gives a half smile and says she just want to know the truth.  That’s why she was asking them. Lilian says fine she won’t get on their way.  While working she was going to pack her bags. Millie says she think she was guilty and trying to run. Millie asked her big brother Milan to catch her she was the accomplice. Lilian was about to move but Milan manage to hold her. Lilian says she didn’t. She asked him to let her go. They are talking nonsense. It wasn’t her. The two neighbors who was passing by notice the commotion. They didn’t enter but asked what was going on. One says isn’t that the same police from before. Lilian says oh my, everyone come judge for themselves. This police says she killed her own son. What mother would ever hurt her own child. One of the neighbors says he was trying to force a confession. One says even a tiger wouldn’t eat its own cub. Lilian is usually so good to her son. He should better get   his facts straight. One says was he just arresting people because he cannot solve the case. Lilian says that was right she just says a few things to that kid. Now she is holding a grudge and trying to arrest her. She was being framed.

The neighbors started to do the lice streaming. Milan still holding Lilian on her hands asked the neighbor to put down the phone.  One says no she was live streaming to the whole country. Everyone was watching him. Milan let go of Lilian. The neighbor continues her live streaming. She says “come everyone. Come quick and loot at this. The police are bullying people.” Their a lot of people watching the live streaming. Milan phone rings. It was Director Gale. Sasha says say no more he saw the live stream. He asked if he found any evidence. Milan says not yet. Millie says to herself she can empathize with the victim and reconstruct the event from his perspective. But that doesn’t count as evidence. Sasha asked Milan to come back immediately. He says that’s ana order. Milan was still trying to say something but Sasha already cut the call. Lilian was smiling. Millie was looking at her and says to her mind does she think she can escape justice by using people sympathy? Naïve. Psychology is her home turf. Manipulating public opinion? Then she will make her confess her crime in front of everyone. Millie claps her hand and says good shot. Milan looks at his little sister. Millie pointed Lilian and says she killed   her own son. Everyone should see her face for who she really was. Lilian says she was lying through her teeth.  How dare she frame her. She will sue them all. Millie says slander? Let her ask her she play cards everyday at noon ana only go grocery shopping around three or four. She comes home early that day after fight with her friends. But why did she go shopping early too?  Lilian says so what. Neil rarely comes home. He was hungry. She bought groceries to cook. Is that a crime. Millie says but she bought celery that day. His husband said the victim never eat celery. She says she left for the market at 12:10. Niel Lewis was killed at that same time. But she didn’t find the body when she got home at one. Millie says no, she killed him herself and used the time gap to fake an alibi. Shame she rattled after murder and she even forgot he doesn’t eat celery. She just grabbed something random. It turned out to be her biggest mistake. Lilian says she didn’t. She didn’t. They investigating the case. Shouldn’t they have evidence. If they had evidence, they should have taken her away already. They just making things up. One of the neighbors says yeah Lilian is always so good to her son. They are just talking nonsense. They just cannot arrest people. One says people like him don’t deserve to be police. She asked the public to come and report him.

Millie called Lilian and says does she think she ca go back to her easy life just because his big brother let her go? She betrayed her husband and had an affair. Divorce. Twenty-plus years ago. Since she never worked, she cannot even support herself. She will have to go back to being that textile factory girl from the countryside. The neighbor says an affair? Lilian looks at the neighbors and says no, that’s not true. She was just confused for a moment. Lilian look at Millie asked what does she know? Her husband and her just didn’t get along. She told Millie don’t to nonsense. Millie says Sheldon Lewis love her dearly but her man is young and handsome. She thought he loved her. Actually, he only loves her money. Now that she doesn’t even have anu money left. Would any man still care about her. Lilian asked Millie to shut up. She says she just wanted a sincere relationship. What does she do wrong. He was the one who lied to her. Millie says she was just blind. She out a filter on strangers and thought they were perfect. Just to satisfy her romantic fantasies. But one she got close and the illusion broke, she started hating her partner until they were disappointed and left her. She bet twenty years ago she was obsessed with Sheldon Lewis too. Someone like her doesn’t deserve to be loved. Lilian says she didn’t. She didn’t. Shut up. Shut up. Millie says love isn’t just between a man and a woman. Family bond is love too. If Neil Lewis were still alive even if shew got a divorce, he would still take care of her, his mother. Because he was the person who cared about her most in the world. She says by the way does she know why he suddenly took leave to come home? Neil Lewis worked a part-time job these past months. He used the money to buy a necklace. It was her birthday that day.  She pointed the calendar and a date was circle in red pen. Millie says he come back specifically he probably wanted to give his mother a surprise.

Lilian says no, that’s impossible. He was always so careless. He never bought her a birthday gift. She was lying. Millie took something on her bag, It was a sapphire necklace.  Lilian shakes her head. She remembers that once Neil was at home she was happy chatting when he comes down holding a magazine asking her which necklace was beautiful. She just glance at it and says they both look good. She continues chatting. Neil says come on mom. He wants to surprise someone very important to him. He asked her to take a good look. Without looking she just pointed the sapphire necklace and says that one. The day his son die she come home and saw Chance Marsh was struggling Neil with the cable wire. Neil saw her and asked her to run. She let go of her bag and run toward them. She took Neil hand that stopping the wire and hold it down. She took Chance Marsh to pull harder. Neil cannot believe what he was seeing that’s why he stopped struggling. Lilian keeps saying to pull harder. After Neil lose consciousness, she falls on the ground. Lilian says she didn’t mean to she just afraid he would tell his father. When she saw him stop breathing, she immediately regretted it. She says Neil, she was so sorry. She let her down. Lilian falls on the ground crying keep calling Neil’s name. The neighbor says oh my God, she really did kill him. That was her own son. How could she do that. Lilian stands up and says it was her. She killed him. She says just execute her and let her go be with her son.  Millie says how does she know Neil Lewis still wanted to see her. Lilian says no way her son wouldn’t leave her. She says no, no, no.  Milan says save those words for them. Milan handcuffs her. Lilian says impossible. Milan says Lilian Lewis she was suspect of murdering Neil Lewis. She was under arrest. Milan took her back to the Bureau.

Millie was at home doing her homework. Milan and Patrick come home. They pop confetti over her and say congrats on the Honorary Citizen Award.  They say she was the best. Mila was given her the certificates. He says Director Gale says she was natural-born police and they should train her. He wants her to adjust there. Millie says okay. She helped the police so much of course she was a good citizen. Millie says to herself wait she was going to be the top-tier player nothing to be proud of. Patrick took a pink piggy small sling bag and says that was his gift for her. He asked if she like it. Millie says on herself her brother Patrick is so childish. What kid likes Peppa Pig.  Millie smile and thank him and says he has a gift for him too. It was a necklace. He says his little sister is all grown up, buying gift for her brother. He looks at the chain and says why a silly Husky. Milan just laughs. Then he told her to wash up, and they are going to eat. Milan started to clean up the table. Patrick says their little sister is so talented. How about they let her look at their father’s case. Milan says no way. Patrick says but why. Back then their father fell into the water chasing a robber. Their father was a cop for 20 years. How could he make such a rookie mistake. Their father’s death related to Yates Chase’s Robbery. But only got six years. Milan says he knows he cannot let go. But the investigation was very clear. The robber had no time to commit the crime. Their father death had nothing to do with him.  Patrick says he was an experience cop too Does he really believe that. Even if Yates Chase isn’t involved. Must involve accomplices. Milan says investigating secretly suspect an accomplice, not afraid of cops. If they come for him how he can face their parents. Patrick says their father is dead. Yates Chase is out of prison tomorrow. He will be living the good life again. But he cannot let it go. He says he couldn’t solve that case back then. Why not let their little sister try? Milan told him to never mention that again. Millie heard all of it. She was hiding behind the door. Milan says don’t let their sister know and another thing why he cares about him getting out.  Patrick sigh. Milan says he was warning him. He was going to join the police force one day. He told him not look for trouble. Patrick says he got it. Millie says to herself doubts about Old Man Shaw’s case. Big Brother Milan and brother Patrick took care of her. She should help them. She comes run to them and says she wants to investigate their father’s case.  Milan says no way. He suspects there are accomplices. They are very meticulous. If they target the two of them. Millie says he protects her. What could go wrong. She says don’t worry if there’s foul play, she will find the killer Milan look at Patrick. Patrick nods his head. Milan says fine. From now on he will protect little sister Millie every second. Milan pointed Patrick and said she was not allowed to get involved. To keep him temper from causing trouble. Patrick says huh? Milan signals her to stop.

Milan shows Millie the files about their father and the case. Milan took his laptop and says six years ago Yates Chase snatched a bag their father was passing by. He heard the commotion and gave chase. Milan was showing her the surveillance video. Milan says security footage shows he ran into the park’s front gate. And quickly escaped through the back gate. Their father chased him inside. The next day someone found him. Drowned in the lake. Millie says the Autopsy Report shows their father was alive when he entered the water. Yates Chase tried subduing him. That would take a lot of effort. Looking at the surveillance. Yates Chase had no time for crime. Milan says that’s why he suspects he had an accomplice. even if he didn’t do it himself. Could have had help with murder but no other traces were found at the scene. Only from a rock by the river. They find their dad footprint. so, it was ruled an accidental drowning. But he doesn’t believe it. Their father wouldn’t be that careless during an arrest. Millie was thinking was it really too coincidental. There must be something she missed. Millie says she found it. Yates Chase definitely had an accomplice. Milan says really. Millie says Yates Chase said it was on a whim. He robbed someone at random. Just to see their reaction. it shows he is impulsive and too arrogant to plan meticulously. But when he threatened the victim with a knife, he said he only wanted money. Create psychological security for victim. That’s not something he’d do. Also, victim’s resistance felt like provocation. In His anger. He wanted to attack. But he forced himself to stop. It doesn’t fit his behavioral logic at all. Millie says someone taught Yates Chase how to rob. She pointed a part of the video. She says he was being chase by their father. He was nervous at first, but when he got there, he suddenly relaxed. No longer afraid of captured. Second the scene was cleaned up so thoroughly and he had no time to do it. Putting all together it certain someone was waiting for him at the park. That’s the person who killed their father.

Milan says great with these clues they can apply to reopen the case. He was going to the Bureau right now.  Patrick came and asked if he was really not taking him. He says he swears no matter what they find this time he won’t act alone. She will follow the orders of the two of them. Milan says back off and doesn’t block the way. Patrick says he just found a letter in the front door. Millie says she and Big brother Milan will check later. She told him to be good at home. Patrick says wait. The anonymous letter says there are clues about the real killer. He doesn’t know if it’s real or fake. The two was already out and didn’t hear him. Then he says he will check it out first then he will tell them.  The envelope only contains an address. Patrick went alone to the give address. He knocks at the door. He knocks few times, but nobody answered. A middle-aged lady taps his shoulder. She asked him who he was looking for. Patrick says he was looking for a friend, but he doesn’t seem to be there. He asked if she was his neighbor. The girl says was he Young Chase’s friend. No wonder he kept knocking. She thought something happened. Patrick says Young Chase? the girl says yeah. That house Yates Chase’s brother bought it for him. It’s been empty for years, Aren’t he there for him. Patrick says the sender send Yates Chase house. The killer, the sender mentioned is him. At the Bureau Milan and Millie went to Director Gale office. Sasha says he wants to reopen Old Shaw’s case? Both the siblings nod their head. Millie says in the park surveillance and the victim’s testimony She found a clue. She separates three files and says that the proof Yates Chase had an accomplice. Sasha nods his head and says that point of doubt can indeed serve as grounds to reopen the case. He says good. He will apply to his superiors immediately to form a task force. Back then, Yates Chase refused to admit it. Evidence will lead to a breakthrough. He asked Milan to take men and watch him immediately. Don’t let him get away.

Ghel come and says they have a case. Yates Chase is dead. They went to the scene. Ghel says time of death was around 9am. Cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head. Intracranial hemorrhage. 18 hits. No ransacking, cash and stocks remain. Not for money, Revenge killing. Milan says so much blood. Yet no fingerprints or footprints were left.  Killer has strong counter-surveillance awareness. Millie says Yates Chase lived alone but there are two cups there. She put his palm on the top of the cup. She says Yates Chase just hosted the killer. He opened the door for him personally.  But they weren’t on good terms. Otherwise, Yates Chase brewed more than one tea. Ghel says that was not right. If they weren’t close why let him in. Millie says it show Yates Chase looked down on him. Though he didn’t have the guts to kill him. One police come says a neighbor she saw the suspect. The neighbor says Young Chase is death oh dear. She knew that person was suspicious. Even said he was looking for a friend. In the end he didn’t even know who lived in this house. Milan asked if she could describe the person’s appearance. The girl says he looked quite refined. Pretty handsome too. Of right he also has a dog leash. Millie and Milan look at each other. They both remember the necklace Millie give his brother Patrick. Milan took his phone and look at Patrick photo. He asked if the person she saw was him.  The girl says it was him. The girl was the same lady who saw Partick when he is knocking on the door. The police bring the girl to the other side for statement. Milan was trying to call Patrick. But the phone was off. Millie says brother Patrick couldn’t be the killer. He wouldn’t do something like that. Milan says the most urgent thing now is to find him quickly. Millie says his brother Patrick won’t kill anyone. A woman and a man come rushing. The woman was crying and calling for Yates name. The woman was his mother Mrs. Chase. The police say he cannot stop them. Milan and Ghel just nod their head. James Chase, Yates brother calming her down. He says the police was investigating. They shouldn’t get in the way. Mrs. Chase says how can she stay calm. His son is dead. He was beaten like that. It must have hurt so much. Mrs. Chase pointed Milan saying it was him again does he want him dead that badly. She called Milan bad people and try to attack him. She says pay for her son life

Director Gale come and asked them to stop. Mrs. Chase look at Sasha and says was he, their leader. She says his brother killed her son. Why haven’t he arrested him yet? Millie says no direct evidence at the scene points to Brother Patrick. He is not the killer. James says his mother just anxious. He says he trusts them they will catch the killer. to bring justice for Yates. Mrs. Chase is if he was not the one then who is it. Six years ago, he attacks her son as soon as he saw him. People like him deserve to die. Sasha says stop arguing. Patrick Shaw is currently the only suspect. They will summon him for questioning. Millie and Milan called him at the same time. Sasha   says he cannot handle this case anymore. Milan protested. Sasha says just take a break for a while. Millie says to herself that is bad if the suspect isn’t caught, Brother Patrick might be labeled as fleeing from justice. She says where on earth he was. Patrick was Currently in the basement. He was tied up on the chair. The basement was look like a lab. He was finally wake up. He saw the face of the one who kidnapped him.

Inside the house Millie was still awake she was sneaking. She was thinking her big brother must be asleep by now. She needs to go to the crime scene fast. Find clues. The light suddenly on. Milan was sitting on the couch. He asked where she was going. Millie turns around. Milan stands up and walks toward her he asked her if she was going to Yates Chase’s home. He says does she know it’s illegal to go to the scene alone. Besides killers usually return to the scene. What if she runs into them. Millie says but she wants to help her brother Patrick. Milan says he wanted him to help too as much as she does. But there are some things they cannot do. She was worried about Brother Patrick. Aren’t she afraid he will worry about her. He told her to be good. This case he will find a way. Millie says if he cannot go to the Bureau he cannot see the files. What he can do. They hear a knock on the door. Milan went to see who it was. It was Ghel. Milan asked what he was doing there.  Ghel says don’t get him wrong he was not there to help. He just having some things he doesn’t understand. He says need him to analyze Yates Chase case. Screened Yates Chase’s social networks. Found out he’s quite annoying and offended many people. But nothing serious. No trace of the killer found at the crime scene.  Milan says so much blood at the scene. The killer didn’t leave footprints or prints. Ghel shake his head. Millie took the file and see. She says in her mind there is no such thing as a perfect crime. Killer would leave a mark. She will definitely find them. Then she says strange why is a piece of clothing missing there. Ghel and Milan look at the same time. She says the garment steamer is plugged in. Meaning before Yates Chase died, he ironed clothes. But the hanger’s empty. Usually coats and shirts are ironed. But Yates Chase wore a hoodie. Doesn’t need ironing. Clothes don’t just vanish. Lots of blood spatter at the scene. The killer must have some on them to be safe he likely left in Yates Chase’s clothes. Ghel says but Yates Chase’s closet is 40 square meters. Are they checking every item for what’s missing. Even if they find it the killer won’t wear it in public. Millie shakes her head and says check the racks and hangers. To avoid prints while cleaning traces he wears gloves to keep blood off the clothes. Likely he took off the gloves to change. Criminal usually relaxes at the last moment. He might have left print on those two things.

Milan and Ghel look at each other. Ghel took out his phone and says he will ask Doctor Jones now. He asked if she did extract that fingerprint at the scene. The one on the hanger. He says okay. Then run a match on that print. He will wait for her word.  After a while Ghel phone’s ring. He says it was matched. Matched with Patrick Shaw. Milan says that impossible. Something must be wrong. Milan says he will go to see Doctor Jones now. Millie stops him and says no use. She says she understands now. Fingerprint belongs to brother Patrick. Perfect framed-up. not a prefect crime. She says fingerprints left a flaw. Was meant to make Brother Patrick a suspect. She thinks but why did his brother Patrick go to Yates Chase’s house then? Then she remembers the letter he says he found on the door. Millie found the envelope on the table. She says just as she thought. The killer didn’t just target Yates Chase but their brother Patrick too. Milan says she means it was a framed-up targeting Patrick. Millie says yes. This person knows Yate Chase and Brother Patrick, so their initial direction was wrong. The killer is someone connected to both. The first suspect is Lindsay and James Chase. But given Lindsay’s strength it hard for her to cause such harm. So, the prime suspect is.  Milan said James Chase. Millie nods her head. Ghel says that cannot be right. James and his brother were very close. James is a tech director at a chemical plant. He gave his brother everything he wanted. Half of his multi-million salary went to Yates Chase. Why would he kill Yates Chase. Millie says maybe it wasn’t that he wanted to spend on him, but his mother favored the younger son. And force him to do it. Millie says Lindsay called Yates Chase her son but calls James by his name.  Her favoritism is obvious. In an unfair environment, even the best person would start comparing themselves. James Chase couldn’t have been close to Yates Chase. Milan says James and his mother live in Mid-Valley Villa. He was already asleep early that night. Lindsay can prove it. Millie says that was true. Ghel says he will visit the family tomorrow. He told Millie to come with him. They won’t suspect a kid. He will keep them occupied. She finds clues in the meantime. Milan says he will back her up outside. She told Millie to stay safe. Millie was thinking if James is the killer Brother Patrick is the one in danger. He could get Brother Patrick’s fingerprints. She was afraid Brother Patrick was in his hands. to keep brother Patrick on the run she was afraid he might kill brother Patrick.

In the lab basement the person who took Patrick was James. Patrick asked why he killed his father. Just because he was going to arrest his brother. James says he was over thinking it. He made Yates Chase commit robbery just to get him caught. Patrick says what? James says Yates Chase is too stupid. Without his guidance he would’ve definitely killed the victim and he wanted him in prison. But he didn’t want him to take a life. It was such a hassle. Such a pity. His father’s intuition was too sharp. as long as he saw him, he knew that Yates Chase and him were accomplices.  So, he had no choice but to silence him. Patrick says does he have any humanity left. James says he has no humanity? He going to suffer much more that this today. Patrick managed to untied his hands. He stands up but suddenly feel dizzy. Patrick asked what he did to him. James, say he did something while knocking him out. After studying Chemistry for so many years even if he told him he wouldn’t understand. He says the pain won’t last long soon he will personally send him on his way. Patrick lost consciousness. When he went out, he saw his mother standing. She says she thought she heard him arguing with someone. James says she was doing experiments in the basement. There’s a lab rat. It’s about to die. Maybe it wakes her up. Someone rings the bell. Jamess says he will get the door. Ghel and Millie come. Ghel says he some question for him about Yates Chase case. Lindsays saw Millie and says a little cutie was not welcome in their house. She told her to get out. James looks at her and says they obligated to cooperate with them. Besides doesn’t she want to find the killer so Yates can rest in peace. Lindsays on the television and she put in on the high volume. Ghel started to asked James. He asked if yates offended someone lately. James says Yates had a bad temper and not many friends. He wouldn’t even listen to their mother and him. As for offending people it wasn’t that serious. Ghel says he seems to care a lot about his brother. Why didn’t he asked him to move in together. James says he kept late hours. He though their mother and him nagged too much. He’s lived alone since high school. Millie was started to look around while she was sitting. She saw some books on the table. And looking around the living room. James says if he hadn’t moved out this would not happen. He says it was his fault. He should not spoil him. Millie says in her mind her hunch was right James Chase is clearly suspicious. Then she says her stomach really hurts. She asked if she could use the restroom for a second. James says sure. and pointed a way. Milan was waiting outside. Millie dialed his number. He answered it right away. She says James good temper is all an act. He has a severe mental illness. Milan asked did she know. Millie says only photos of Yates Chase and Lindsay at home. None with James. He has always been the unimportant one in this family. He couldn’t possibly have no resentment.  He has psychological issues for a long time. Lindsay said he likes making specimens. Specimens require animal carcasses. Life-like expressions need prosthetic eyes and pose them in vivid ways like wings spread or feeding. But James Chase uses real eyes. Animal limbs are in a struggling pose. While the animals were still alive, he cruelly turned them into specimens. He is a chemistry major yet interested in unrelated Psychology. He is even reading up on Psychoanalysis. Book about manipulation. Need deep Psychology knowledge to understand those books. Self-analysis books.

James Chase knows exactly what’s wrong with him. He has everything it takes to be a Lucid Criminal. Milan says but that only proves he has a motive. There is no way to explain his alibi. Millie says true. They need evidence to catch him. and find out where brother Patrick is. The called ended. Milan went in. Millie saw a door she touches it. And says there was a basement there. She was trying to open but it was lock. The door open and it was James from behind her asking what she was looking for. He says the restroom was outside. That was the place where he does his experiment. He says she better to stay away. Millie says got it sir. Millie says in her mind. The basement was connected to the Buffer Zone. Does James Chase do experiment there? Why did that sound oh he gets it. James has no alibi at all.  Millie went out. James follows him and closes the door. Ghel says this kid has been gone for a long time. Why isn’t she back yet? Lindsay, he had his water, he had asked his question. Still not leaving. Was he waiting for dinner. Millie cos they cannot leave and say she found the killer. Does she want to know who he is. Lindsays, she has some nerve her family of killer will be caught sooner or later. James called her mother and sit beside her. He says sorry to Captain Ghel. Millie says James Chase didn’t leave ant concrete evidence. There’s only one way to convict him that’s to make him confess. He cares about family attention. Lindsay is the breakthrough. Millie called James and said Lindsay doesn’t care about him at all. That night he said. He was unwell and going to sleep. She didn’t even check on him once, right?  Second-floor room no bars it’s easy to climb out. Yates Chase home is in the city He need to drive to see him. Lindsay watched TV all night. She always turns the volume way up. He knew that very well. That’s how he used her for an alibi. Millie says he killed Yates Chase, didn’t he? Lindsays girl Shaw nothing but lies. They are biological brothers How could he him. Millie says it’s because they’re brothers that James killed Yates Chase. Because she was biased. Lindsay they are bother her children. She, biased? Millie says James skipped grades all the way to a PhD. A big firm hired him for high pay. He is young and successful. Millie crosses her arms. She says but no matter how good he is, he is not the favorite child. This is his home but it’s full of Yates Chase’s photos and things she got for him. Yates Chase has more shoes that James. In front of her, he acts like a loving brother, but he is wanted Yates Chase gone for a long time.

That’s why six years ago he goaded Yates Chase into robbery. Lindsay says she was talking nonsense. James wouldn’t even step on an ant. How could he tell little Yates to commit robbery? Lindsay looks at him. She called by his name and asked was she saying isn’t true right? James says how can does he do such a thing. He says he was her son too won’t she believe him. Lindsays, she believes him and she called him by his name. Millie says if she believes him, she wouldn’t have just asked him. Because while Yates Chase in prison she ignored James such a disregard. That’s why he was heartless enough. To Just kill Yates Chase. Lindsay asked her to shut up. He says she knows his own son. James is filial and sensible. Even if everyone else would kill he never would. Millie says is that so. She knows him so well. She lived with him for six years but don’t know what he did in the basement. Lindsay what those she meant isn’t it just a lab. Labs have safety gear to protect against chemicals. Lindsay looked at James. Millie say James is a PhD in chemistry. He wouldn’t make that mistake. All her son’s specimens were made through live fabrication. She bet the basement isn’t for experiment. It is his slaughterhouse. Lindsays impossible. How could anyone do something so disgusting. James’s expression was started to change. James says that lab is his life work.  don’t dare desecrate it. Ghel says they can say what was true once they take a look. James brings them to the Lab. The lab was just a regular lab. Ghel asked Millie what was going on.

Millie says James Chase has a dark obsession. He definitely has a place to process the specimens.  Millie was shake on small bottle. James asked what she was doing. Millie says her theory never been wrong No matter how well the clean traces remain with the Luminol reagent even if the blood has been washed away. This will make it all visible. Jamess was going to attack Millie. Ghel stop him and say that was good he will clear his name. What was the rush. Ghel took out his phone and open the flashlight on his it. Lindsay asked what that was. Millie says Luminol reacts with iron in blood and glows. Millie says James Chase inside his lab why is there so much blood. James, say she uses lab mice. Blood is normal. Millie says normal there are blood spatter patterns everywhere. How could a few mice leave all that. How many living things did he kill. Lindsay pointed James and said so it really was him. Little Yates told her he killed his cat. She didn’t believe him. he did it. James says yes, it was him. So, what if it was. Lindsay slapped him. She says she was a human how could she give birth to a child like him. James says a child. He was a child and she was the one who raised him. He skipped grades for his PhD. She never praised him once. What about Yates Chase he says she looks well and she says he is thoughtful. He earns money to support them, and she take it for granted. Yates Chase went to prison, but he nags about him suffering every day. Why. He was her son too. Lindsay says but he was his older brother. Shouldn’t he look out for his brother. James says look out for him. What. What if there was no brother. Would he still have to look out for him. If he had known six years ago, he should have killed Yates Chase. Have let him rob the bank. Yames says she was responsible for his death too.  Lindsay says she was not, she pointed James and says he gone mad. Lindsay says she was not mad. Millie asked James asked if he killed her father six years ago. He Killed Yates Chase to scape then he frames his brother Patrick. James says so what if he did. James spread his hands. Ghel hold it and put handcuff on it, he says as long as he admitted James Chase you are suspected of killing Paul Shaw and Yates Chase now, he was officially under arrest. Millie asked where his brother Patrick is. James says was he right there. All this blood is his. Millie took Ghel phone and use the light to trace. She saw a cabinet she opens it. Patrick was there. Milan come from the other side of the door. He helps Millie to take him out. He holds him on the shoulder and try to wake him up. Milan says sorry he was not a good brother to him. Millie says he promised to make grilled fish for her for the rest of his life. He broke his word. She says she will carry her Peppa Pig bag every day and never call it childish again. Patrick opens his eyes. He says that guy stab him and thought he was dead. So, he just dumped him there. He took out the necklace and says it block the blow. Milan says glad that he was okay. Milan says they will go to the hospital. Patrick says he will be fine in the few days. He asked to go home and cook for their little sister Millie.

Millie says she was an orphan in her last life. This time she has a family. She will live her childhood over again. And be a little handful.
